Follow one buyer order through the factory, end to end.
Scroll to walk the floor. One order, 2,400 pieces, traced from fabric GRN to the export documents by the Garments ERP we build for Bangladesh’s RMG industry: merchandising, planning, the floor, quality and finance on one record.
Inspected, relaxed, racked by lot.
The ERP raises the goods receipt note as rolls arrive, records the four-point inspection grade and shade lot on each roll, and books the thread, labels and trims against the same buyer order. Cutting can only draw a lot the order owns.
Spread, marked, cut and bundled.
The marker from CAD, the lay plan and the bundle tickets all come from the order’s size ratio. The spreader lays the plies, the straight knife follows the marker, and every bundle is numbered so a shade never mixes. Actual consumption posts against the marker on each lay, so the cost sheet moves the same day.
Line by line, operation by operation.
Lines are loaded against the TNA calendar. Bundle scans move work in progress operation by operation, hourly output is measured against the SMV-based target, and the line balancing view flags the bottleneck operation while the shift is still running.
Trimmed, pressed, detected and audited.
Thread trimming, steam pressing, folding and tagging, then every piece through the needle detector before the AQL table. Defects per hundred units are tracked by line and by defect, and computer vision at the audit table logs each one against the operation that caused it.
Bagged, boxed, sealed and labelled.
Poly-bagged garments go into cartons by the buyer’s size and colour ratio; each carton is taped, weighed and barcoded with the shipping marks, then the pallet is built and wrapped. Finished-goods stock, the packing list and the commercial invoice come from the same record.
Loaded, documented, on its way.
The forklift brings the pallets to the dock, the loaders scan cartons into the container, and the gate releases the truck with the export documents — packing list, commercial invoice and the LC paperwork — already generated. The order closes, and its margin against the cost sheet is known before the gate shuts.
From the fabric store to the gate, the whole floor in one view.
This is the Garments ERP we build for RMG factories in Bangladesh: merchandising, planning, floor, quality and finance on one record, with AI where it earns its place on the margin line.
