What does AI-as-a-service mean at Rose IT Ltd?
It means we own the AI capability for you as an ongoing service rather than handing over a one-off project and walking away. It runs as a lifecycle: AI advisory and strategy to decide what is worth doing, build and pilot to prove it, and a managed AI retainer to run, monitor and improve it in production. You get the outcome of working AI without having to assemble and maintain a specialist team yourself.
02
What engagement models do you offer?
We work in three stages. First, a fixed-fee discovery that maps the business problem, the data available and whether AI is the right answer. Second, a scoped pilot that proves or disproves the case in weeks. Third, an optional managed AI retainer that runs and improves the solution in production. You can stop after discovery or after the pilot — each stage stands on its own.
03
How does your pricing work?
Discovery is a fixed fee agreed before any work starts, so there is no open-ended hourly meter. The pilot is quoted as a fixed scope once discovery has defined it. The managed retainer is a predictable monthly fee, and retainer billing only begins after the pilot has produced an agreed, measurable result. Pricing scales with the size and complexity of the problem, and we share an indicative range early so there are no surprises.
04
Who owns the data and the models you build?
You do. Your data, the models built on it, and the documentation are all yours. We do not use your data to train anything outside your engagement, and wherever the work allows, models run inside your own environment. A consultancy should strengthen your AI capability, not lock it up — if you ever part ways with us, you keep everything.
05
How do you keep our data secure?
We are security-first by default. We work with the minimum data needed, prefer deployments inside your infrastructure or a controlled environment you approve, sign confidentiality terms before reviewing anything sensitive, and keep AI decisions auditable so they can be explained to a regulator or an internal review. Security is treated as a design constraint from day one, not a checklist at the end.
06
How long does a typical engagement take?
Discovery usually takes one to three weeks. A pilot is typically scoped to four to ten weeks, depending on data readiness and the use case. A managed AI retainer is ongoing. We deliberately keep discovery and pilots short so you learn quickly whether the investment is worth continuing.
07
What makes you the best AI-as-a-service provider in Bangladesh?
Three things. We tie every engagement to a measurable business result and gate retainer billing on it, so we are accountable for outcomes rather than activity. We are security-first and keep data and models with the client. And we staff engagements with small senior teams who understand the operating reality of Bangladeshi RMG, financial services and consumer businesses — including Bangla-language work. We will also tell you when AI is not the right tool, which is roughly half the time.
08
Which industries do you serve?
We focus on three sectors where AI has a clear return in Bangladesh: RMG and manufacturing (defect detection, demand forecasting, production analytics); banking, fintech and NBFI (fraud and risk scoring, document and KYC automation, support copilots); and retail, e-commerce and telecom (recommendation, churn prediction, Bangla-language chat). If you are outside these, we will tell you honestly whether we are the right partner before quoting anything.
09
Do we need our data to be perfect before we start?
No. Assessing the data you actually have — including the gaps — is exactly what discovery is for. We design solutions around the records and systems a real operation runs on, not an idealised dataset. If data readiness is a blocker, we will tell you that plainly and recommend the smallest fix needed before any model work begins.
10
What happens if the pilot does not work?
Then it does not proceed to a retainer, and you have lost very little finding out. A pilot is sized to prove or disprove the case quickly and cheaply. If it does not move the agreed metric, we report that honestly rather than pushing for a contract. You still keep the discovery findings, the pilot results and a clear-eyed view of where AI does and does not fit your business.
11
Can you work with our existing systems and team?
Yes. We integrate with the systems you already run and work alongside your internal team rather than around them. Part of a managed engagement is transferring enough knowledge that your people can operate and question the AI confidently. The goal is a capability your business owns, not a dependency on us.
12
How do we get started?
Make an enquiry through the contact page or email hello@roseitltd.com with a short description of the problem you are trying to solve. We respond personally within one working day, arrange a short call to understand the situation, and if there is a fit we propose a fixed-fee discovery. There is no obligation beyond the conversation.
