Discovery is fixed-fee.

Every engagement opens with a scoped discovery at a price agreed up front — no open-ended hourly meter. We map the business problem, the data that exists, and whether AI is even the right answer. You leave discovery with a written recommendation you own, whether or not you build anything with us.

A pilot before any retainer.

We never ask a client to commit to a managed-AI retainer on the strength of a slide deck. A tightly scoped pilot comes first, sized to prove or disprove the case in weeks, not quarters. If the pilot does not earn the next step, it does not happen — and you have lost very little finding out.

A measurable result gates the billing.

Retainer billing begins only once the pilot has moved a number the business already tracks — defects caught, fraud prevented, hours saved, customers retained. We define that gate with you before the pilot starts, so success is never a matter of opinion and never a matter of our marketing.

Your data stays with you.

We are security-first by default. Wherever the work allows, models run inside your environment, your data is never used to train anything outside your engagement, and you keep ownership of the data, the models and the documentation. A consultancy should make your AI capability stronger — not quietly take it hostage.

Small, senior teams.

You work directly with the people doing the work, not a layer of account managers in front of a junior bench. Small senior teams move faster, explain themselves more plainly, and are honest sooner — including about the roughly half of cases where AI is not the right tool and we say so.
