A guardian asks about a seat in Class 6. The inquiry is logged with its source and a follow-up date, then becomes an application with its documents. The entrance test is scheduled and scored, and an offer is made, or a place on the waitlist. When the seat is confirmed against the seat matrix, the student is admitted and the record created: class, section, roll and guardians.

At the first bell the class teacher takes the register on a tablet: present, absent, late or on leave, a tap per student, and it still saves when the signal drops. One seat is empty today. The register is saved before the period ends, and each guardian sees the mark in the guardian portal, with the month at a glance. SMS alerts for absences are being connected.

The class routine sets each period’s subject, teacher and room, and is checked for clashes, so no teacher is booked twice. Teachers post homework with a due date; submissions are reviewed and marked, and the student and the guardian see the same progress.

The teacher picks the subject, grade and topic. Questions come from the school’s own question bank first; AI writes new ones only to fill the gaps, and each is tagged as from the bank or new. The teacher reviews the quiz before it is used. For written answers, AI suggests a mark against the rubric, and it stays a suggestion until the teacher approves it.
Hints, not answers, kept for staff to review.
The student opens the tutor on a school subject. It asks questions and gives hints rather than answers, and keeps to school work: every message is checked before and after the AI replies, and anything off topic is turned back. Sessions are kept for staff to review, and a serious concern ends the session and is flagged for the class teacher.
Marked once, graded by the rules.
Each exam is set up per class, subject and paper, including the NCTB split of creative and multiple-choice parts. Marks are entered once; grades and GPA follow the school’s grading scheme, NCTB GPA or Cambridge grades. Tabulation and merit positions are calculated from the same marks, English report cards are produced from them, and results are published class by class.

Notices go out by audience: the whole school, one class or the staff, and guardians acknowledge them. One academic calendar holds the holidays, exams and meetings, and the guardian portal shows it beside each child’s attendance, homework and report cards. At the gate, this student’s guardian reads the published result on a phone. SMS alerts, for guardians without a smartphone, are being connected.

Results are published class by class, and no family sees an exam before the school releases it. Ask AI answers from the school’s own admission guide. Report-card comments are drafted by AI from marks and attendance, and a teacher reviews and approves every one; a report card with an unapproved comment cannot be downloaded. Each action is written to the audit log.
